Singapore Cricket Association (SCA) will be hosting the U19 Men’s team from Bahrain for a bi-lateral series from July 21st – 27th, 2022 at the Indian Association ground. The series is part of the preparations for both the U19 teams of Bahrain and Singapore ahead of the ICC U19 Men’s World Cup Asia Division 2 qualifier scheduled to take place in September 2022 in Oman.
This will be the second (2nd) overseas tour for the Bahrain U19 squad in 2022, having been to UAE in April for a series of matches in the 50-overs format against Academy select teams . Singapore and Bahrain will compete with U19 teams from Bhutan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar in the Division 2 qualifier in Oman.
