The Men’s and Women’s domestic season will continue in Hong Kong, with the Premier League competitions beginning from September 2022 across all the venues in the country. The Men’s and Women’s T20 Premier League competitions will begin in September, while the Men’s One-Day Premier League will commence in January next year. The competitions will see teams from Kowloon Cricket Club, Diasqua Little Sai Wan Cricket Club, Hong Kong Cricket Club, Pakistan Association Cricket Club (Men’s only), Craigengower Cricket Club (Women’s only) and United Services Recreation Club compete for the titles in the 2022/2023 season.
The Women’s T20 competition will begin on 11th September, with the Final between the top two (2) teams at the end of the group stages to take place on 16th October 2022. The Men’s T20 competition will begin on 25th September and after a similar competition structure to that of the Women’s competition, the Final will take place between the top two (2) teams on 30th October. Gencor are once again the main Sponsors for both the Men’s and Women’s competitions for the upcoming season. The CHK Dragons team are part of the Sunday Elite competition in Division 2 and will against teams from HKCC Optimists, KCC Infidels, SLCC Lions, DLSW Knights and USRC Vagabonds.
The All Star series for both Men’s and Women’s will be staged during the November/December period, after the conclusion of the Premier League competitions in both T20 and 50-overs format for Men’s and 40-overs format for Women’s.
