Malaysian Cricket Association (MCA) will be hosting the Men’s National squads from Singapore, Qatar and Bahrain for a T20I quadrangular series in December 2022, after the completion of the ongoing CWC Challenge League group A round event, that involves the host’s, Singapore and Qatar. The series is crucial for Bahrain Men’s team, who are vying to challenge for a spot in the CWC Challenge League play-off, based on their T20I team ranking at the cut-off date towards this year-end.
Malaysia and Qatar Men’s team will be in action early next year in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Asia sub-regional qualifier, as they vie to join Singapore and Bahrain (among others) in the Asia Finals event towards the later half of 2023.
