Belgium Cricket Federation (BCF) will be hosting the Men’s national squad of Malta for a three (3)-match T20I series at Gent cricket ground and Royal Brussels cricket ground on June 11th – 12th, 2022.
The Bi-lateral series between Belgium and Malta is part of the preparations for both the camps ahead of the 2024 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Europe sub-regional qualifiers in June/July 2022. Malta team will again travel to Belgium for their sub-regional qualifier from 28th June 2022, and it will be good experience for the team to play at the same venues ahead of the tournament.
The previous series played between these two countries was back in July 2021, when Malta Cricket hosted the Belgian team in a 5-match series.
