Federazione Cricket Italiana (Cricket Italy) will be hosting the Men’s team of Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) from September 23rd – October 03rd, 2022, as part of MCC’s overseas tours program for this year. The tour will feature matches between MCC and Italian Men’s senior team and U19 team in T20 and 50-overs format across various venues in Rome and Bologna. Italian domestic club Roma Capannelle and President XI teams will also have fixtures against the MCC team during the tour, which will also see the MCC team conduct school coaching sessions on September 26th & 27th at Istituto Santa Maria in Roma.
The Italian squad chosen to take part in the European Cricket Championships (ECC) T10 tournament at Cartama Oval in Malaga, will be playing against the MCC team in three (3) T20 matches, before they travel to Spain for their group stage event from October 03rd – 07th.
