Cricket Namibia (CN) will be hosting back-to-back CWC League 2 Championship ODI Tri-series events at home in the months of November and December 2022, as part of the schedule for the pathway program towards qualification for 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in India. The CWC League 2 pathway program will see 126 ODI’s played across 21 set of Tri-series, with the first series having taken place in Scotland on 14th August 2019 in Aberdeen. Each Tri-series will see teams play a total of six ODI’s, with teams competing for the top three spots of the League 2 table which will confirm their direct entry in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2022.
CN will be hosting Men’s teams from Papua New Guinea and United States of America from November 17th – 27th, while Men’s teams from Scotland and Nepal will visit Namibia for their Tri-series from November 30th – December 09th, 2022.
