Cricket Scotland to host New Zealand Men’s team for T20I/ODI series in July 2022

Cricket Scotland (CS) have announced that the New Zealand men’s squad will tour the country in July 2022 for a bi-lateral series comprising of two T20Is and one ODI following the conclusion of their tour to Ireland. All the three matches, to be hosted at the Grange Cricket Club in Edinburgh, will be played on the 27th, 29th and 31st July. New Zealand Men’s team will then travel to Netherlands for a 2-match T20I series to conclude their tour of Europe.

The previous meeting between the two countries was during the Super12 stage of the 2021 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in UAE. Scotland Men’s team are having a busy schedule at home in July 2022, as they recently hosted men’s teams from Namibia and Nepal from July 10th – 17th for an ODI tri-series as part of the CWC League 2 Championships, and following the conclusion of the New Zealand series will be followed by another ODI tri-series in August (involving USA and UAE) in CWC League 2 Championships.
