The Channel Islands (CI) Cricket League is set to make a return after a 3-year hiatus in 2023, as domestic clubs in Jersey and Guernsey get set to compete in the tournament from May 27th until August 26th, 2023 across venues in both the countries. Asset Management firm Belasko has secured the sponsorship rights for the CI Cricket League for the next two (2) years.
ATF St Ouen Springfield Club from Jersey are the current Defending Champions from the last edition that took place in 2019 before the global pandemic, and will be joined in the league by 2mi Wanderers Irregulars Club, Canaccord Genuity Griffins Club, RGA Walkovers Club, Norman Piette Cobo Club, Rathbones OV’s Club and last editions’ runners-up, Farmers Caesareans Club. All the competing clubs will play each other in a single round-robin group stage format, before the Top two (2) teams meet in the Final on 26th August at Grainville ground.
