Romania Cricket Federation will be hosting Men’s National team from Malta for the Men’s Continental Cup tournament at Moara Vlasiei Cricket ground in Bucharest from August 18th – 20th, 2023, comprising of five (5) T20 Internationals between the two countries, where Romania Cricket will also be fielding their “A” team as the third (3rd) team in the series to play games against both the National squad and Malta. The Continental Cup tournament has been taking place since the last decade, and after ICC provided uniform T20 International (with ranking points) status to cricket boards with Associate membership since 2019, the tournament has been taking place with matches carrying ranking points towards ICC Men’s T20I team rankings table. Romania team are the defending Champions from the 2021 edition of the tournament.
