Malaysian Cricket Association (MCA) will be hosting the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier A from August 28th – September 10th, 2024. Men’s National teams from Malaysia, Hong Kong-China, Myanmar, Kuwait, Mongolia, Maldives and Singapore will be competing in a single round-robin group stage format to determine the top two (2) teams, who will advance to the combined Asia – East Asia-Pacific (EAP) Qualifier in 2025. The Qualifier format sees a change from the previous editions, where Western region and Eastern region countries competed in separate sub-regional competitions. This year’s event will see the participation of Mongolia Men’s team for the first time in an ICC qualification pathway program.
