Japan Cricket Association (JCA) will be hosting the U19 Men’s National teams of Fiji and Papua New Guinea in the 2026 ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup (U19 CWC) East Asia-Pacific Division 1 Qualifier (EAP Division 1 Qualifier) in April 2025 in Sano for the lone qualification spot into the main event in Zimbabwe and Namibia. While Japan and Fiji were direct entrants into the Division 1 Qualifier based on their finishing positions in the previous edition of the EAP Division 1 Qualifier in Australia, Papua New Guinea qualified through the EAP Division 2 Qualifier held in Samoa in August 2024, by winning against Indonesia U19 in the Final.
