Rwanda Cricket Association (RCA) will be hosting the 2028 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Africa Division 2 Qualifier from August 09th – 15th, 2026, across three (3) venues at Gahanga International Cricket Stadium ovals 1 & 2 and at IPRC Kigali ground. RCA will be hosting the U19 Men’s National teams of Uganda, Mozambique, Nigeria, Ghana and Sierra Leone in the six (6) nation tournament, for three (3) qualification spots into the Africa Qualifier next year.
All teams will play against each other in a single round-robin group stage format, following which the top three (3) teams in the points table will advance to the Africa Qualifier, and join Namibia, Kenya, and Tanzania (who qualified for the 2026 edition as the winner of the previous Qualifier).
