The 2nd WCL match between Hong Kong and Nepal has been postponed to October 16th, the reserve day on Monday due to dangerous weather conditions due to typhoon khanun, which has lashed across the country.
The status of the Typhoon was confirmed by HK Observatory:

One hopes the ground conditions improve by Monday to allow a full 50 overs match between the two countries. In case of a no result on Monday as well, points will be shared, which will effectively mean that Nepal will be relegated to ICC WCL Division 2.
Cricket Hong Kong tweeted the following confirming the developments:
Typhoon Khanun has now been upgraded to a T8, meaning for safety the match has been postponed until tomorrow’s reserve day. Stay safe HK!
