6 Nations get ready to battle for 2 spots in Africa Regional Finals

International Cricket Council (ICC) have announced the schedule for the upcoming Men’s T20 World Cup Africa regional finals, to be hosted by Uganda Cricket Association from May 19th – 24th, 2019. All matches in the qualifiers will be live streamed on the Deep End Sports Media YouTube channel and app.

Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Namibia and Botswana will compete for the two spots available for qualification from the Africa region into the Global Qualifiers, to be held in Oct/Nov 2019 in UAE. All matches in the regional finals will carry official T20I status and will count towards ranking points in the global T20I team rankings.

Uganda will be hosting a major ICC tournament for the first time since hosting the ICC World Cricket League Division 3 in 2017. Cricket Ovals at Lugogo and Kyambogo will be hosting the matches with morning games to start at a scheduled timing of 9:30am and the afternoon game due to start at 1:50pm.
