Ghana Cricket Association (GCA) will be hosting the 2028 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Africa Sub-Regional Qualifier B tournament from March 24th – 29th, 2026, at the Achimota Cricket Ovals A & B, inside Achimota School, Accra. Men’s National teams from the hosts, Malawi, St. Helena, Eswatini, Seychelles, and Tanzania will be competing in the tournament for two (2) qualification spots into the Africa Qualifier.
All the teams will be playing against each other in a single round-robin group stage format, following which the top two (2) teams in the points table will advance to the Africa Qualifier. For the likes of Saint Helena and Seychelles, the Africa qualification pathway tournaments remains the only International exposure for their Men’s teams, with no other matches played outside of it.
