Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) have announced their 16-member squad for the ICC Men’s World Cup Americas regional finals from Aug 15th – 25th, 2019. Bermuda will be hosting and competing in the tournament, along with Canada, USA and Cayman Islands for the final two qualifying spots into the Global Qualifiers for T20 World Cup in Oct/Nov 2019 in UAE.
Bermuda qualified for the regional finals along with Cayman Islands from the sub-regional qualifiers held in Argentina in Feb 2018.
Bemruda have been boosed by the availability of Delray Rawlins, who is currently playing for English County Sussex Cricket Club in England’s Vitality Blast T20 tournament. Rest of the squad were recently involved during the tour by Bahamas, where they got the opportunity to play T20 matches to prepare for the qualifiers.
