Northern Cricket Union of Ireland (NCU) will be hosting national women’s squad of Jersey from Aug 25th – 28th, 2020 for a 4-match series. NCU and Jersey Cricket Board agreed for the short tour after NCU’s proposed tour of Jersey was postponed to 2021 due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Most members selected in the Jersey Women squad participated in the 4-nation Women’s T20I Quadrangular tournament held in France in Aug 2019, where they played against France, Austria and Norway and registered 4 wins from their 6 matches. Jersey Women made their T20I debut during a solitary T20I game against Guernsey Women in the Inter-Insular Trophy in May 2019.
