Following the conclusion of the Women & Girls Intra-Regional competition in the months of May and June 2023, USA Cricket have now announced the squads and schedule for Women’s National Championship from August 09th – 11th, 2023 at the Moosa Stadium in Pearland, Texas. With ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Americas Qualifier set to take place in USA in September this year, the National Championships will be of utmost importance for the coaching staff and players to prepare themselves for the event.
Ritu Singh (Southeast Central), Melanie Henry (East), Snigdha Paul (Southwest) and Sindhu Sriharsha (West) will be leading their respective teams in the tournament. Most of the players in the National squad were recently involved in the Canada Women National Big Bash tournament, where they played for St. Louis Americans team.
