The 2021 Mid-Premier grade cricket season will revert to the seven-one day / seven-two day format with many day/night fixtures scheduled to be played at DXC Arena, Gardens Oval and Cazalys Arena and Gerry Wood Oval.

Waratah, the defending Champions from 2020 season will have the services of Isaac Conway, James Seymour (who debuted for Victoria in their recent 50 over match against SA) and Ashley Chandrasinghe, while the club’s bowling duo of Samindra Madushan and Himesh Sandaradura will lead the bowling attack in collaboration with Udara Weerasinghe.
Palmerston, runner-up last season, will not have the services of seamer Kieran Toner in 2021 but picked up fast man Daniel McKell from Southern Districts.

Darwin has lost the services of Luke Shelton, with Jacob Dickman announced as the club captain for the 2021 season. There is the possibility of Kiwi all-rounder Harry Chamberlain returning for the club this season, and is expected to bowl more than last season and contribute heavily as an all-rounder.
Nightcliff have announced that Nash Sant will be leading the team this season. The club has a good mix of local talent and with the inclusion of interstate players, a competitive season can be expected from them.
