Luxembourg Cricket Federation (LCF) have announced the 14-member men’s national squad, that will take part in the 3-nation 2021 Central Europe Cup in Prague from May 21st – 23rd, 2021. Luxembourg’s previous appearance in the Central Europe Cup was in 2018, when the tournament was played in the 50-overs format.
Luxembourg will compete against the host’s and Austria in the 3-nation series, which will see all the teams play each other in a double round-robin group stage matches at the Vinor cricket ground (banks oval and Scott Page oval). Luxembourg and Czech Republic previously met each other in 2020, when Luxembourg hosted them and Belgium in a Tri-nation T20I series.

Luxembourg Cricket Federation has also approached a number of European countries with a view to arrange matches or tournaments to replace the cancelled ICC T20 European sub-regional qualifying tournament, that was scheduled to take place in Finland in July 2021.
