Select squads representing Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) will be visiting Channel Islands nation Jersey in May/June 2021 to play a series of friendly matches involving Jersey’s national men’s squad and the domestic clubs in the country at the Farmers Field and College Field venues.
Jersey Cricket Board (JCB) has recently concluded hosting their domestic Premier League T20 competition, and the matches against MCC team will be in the longer format version of the white-ball game. As Jersey prepares to host the 2nd round of ICC CWC Challenge League B tournament in September 2021, the MCC matches will provide the chance to the national players to get back to 50-overs format of the game, which will also be the case for the next phase of domestic competition at home.
