The Gambia Cricket Association will be hosting the Men’s National team of Mali for a five (5)-match T20 International series (with ICC T20I team ranking points) from December 12th – 17th, 2026, at the MRC Cricket Oval in Serrekunda. This will be the first-ever meeting in Men’s T20Is between the two (2) teams, and in turn, the maiden bi-lateral series arrangement made between the two (2) Cricket Boards.
Both teams were part of the qualification pathway events (Sub-regional Qualifiers) in the Africa region this year (Mali participated in Sub-regional Qualifier A in Botswana and The Gambia took part in Sub-regional Qualifier C in Nigeria), for the 2028 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
