Cricket Argentina will be hosting the historic 125th edition of the annual three (3)-day match between the select North and South teams from February 10th-12th, 2022 at the Belgrano Cricket Club ground. The History of the North vs South series dates back to 1891, when the inaugural match was held at Buenos Aires cricket club ground in Palermo, with the North team registering a 3-wicket win over their South counterparts. For the 2024 edition of the game, the North team will consist of players from Hurlingham Club and Belgrano Athletic Club, while the South team will consist of players from Lomas Athletic Club, Old Georgians and Club San Albano. The South team are the Defending Champions of the Trophy from the previous edition held in March 2023 in Corimayo, Buenos Aires.
