The Men’s team of The Cricket Academy Malawi (CAM Dragons) are set to take part in the second (2nd) edition of Mutare Big Bash T20 tournament in Zimbabwe from April 24th – 30th, 2023. The Dragons team will be competing with Masters Cricket Club, Mutare Sports Club and Westside Cricket Club in a double round-robin group stage format, followed by the Final between the top two (2) teams in the points table.
The participation of the CAM Dragons team is part of the annual MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) being put in place between Cricket Academy Malawi and Manicaland Cricket Association last year. Many of the Malawi National Men’s squad were part of the Dragons set-up for last year’s competition, and will again be the case during the 2nd edition this year.
