Cricket Indonesia will be hosting the Men’s National Teams of Myanmar and Timor Leste in a T20 International Tri-series tournament (with ICC team rankings points) from November 06th – 14th, 2025 at the Udayana Cricket Ground in Bali for the BBI: Rising East Asia Tri-Series title. This event will mark Timor Leste Men’s team debut in T20Is, having been approved of Associate Membership during ICC Annual General Meeting this year.
The teams will be playing against each other in a quadraple round-robin group stage format. Hence, at the end of the Tri-series, Timor Leste would be playing the minimum number of matches to get their T20I ranking. All three teams are expected to be part of the SEA Games 2025 in December in Thailand, and thus this Tri-series will provide all the teams the necessary preparations.
