Rwanda Cricket Association (RCA) will be hosting the RCA Emerging Invitational Tournament from November 18th – 29th, 2024 at the Gahanga International Cricket stadium and IPRC Kigali Cricket oval. RCA will be hosting the Uganda A and Zimbabwe Emerging teams, while they will field the teams of Rwanda XI and Rwanda A in the four (4)-team event in the T20 format. Following the conclusion of the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Africa Cricket Association (ACA) in Zimbabwe, more such initiatives and tournaments could be on the rise in the African region to foster growth for more of the members.
