Cricket Namibia (CN) will be hosting the Men’s National squad of Uganda from July 05th – 13th, 2023 in a bi-lateral series comprising of two (2) games in the 50-overs format and four (4) games in T20 format at the United Cricket club ground. The tour follows up on the Cricket Cranes (Uganda Men’s team) tour of Namibia from April 2022, as it could very well become an annual fixture between the Men’s team from both the countries every year going forward.
Both Namibia Men and Uganda Men have had competitive cricket matches held in May/June 2023, with Namibia Men playing a bi-lateral series against a State team from India (Karnataka), while Uganda Men were in Nairobi for the T20 Continent Cup Africa tournament organized by Cricket Kenya and International League T20 (ILT20), in which the Cricket Cranes were victorious in the Final against the home team by the finest of margins of 1 run.
