Cricket Argentina will be hosting the Men’s National team of Brazil for a five (5)-match T20 International series (with ICC team ranking points) from November 28th – 30th, 2025 at the St Albans Club ground in Corimayo. Despite meeting in several occasions in T20 matches during South American Cricket Championships, the two (2) teams have played only two (2) T20Is till date with each other, during the 2019 edition of the South American Cricket Championships and 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Americas sub-regional qualifier in December 2024. Argentina Men, the most successful team in the Men’s SAC, however, did not participate in the 2025 edition the Championships in Brazil in October/November.
This will be the first bi-lateral T20I series between the two (2) teams, who are preparing for the sub-regional qualifier next year for 2028 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. Brazil Men will be travelling to Bermuda in June 2026 for their sub-regional qualifier, while Argentina Men will be travelling to Cayman Islands in March 2026 for their sub-regional qualifier.
