Malaysia Cricket to host Inaugural edition of U19 Women’s Asia Cup in December 2024

Following the announcement made during the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Bali, Indonesia in January 2024, Malaysia Cricket will be hosting the inaugural edition of the U19 Women’s Asia Cup, and will take place from December 15th – 22nd, 2024 at the Bayuemas Cricket Oval. The U19 Asia Cup will feature teams from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Nepal with three (3) teams each in two (2) groups each. The Asia Cup will provide the opportunity to Malaysia U19 and Nepal U19 teams to get valuable International experience with the more established Full member teams in the region, before they compete in the 2025 ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup in Malaysia in January/February.

15th – 16th December 2024: Sri Lanka U19 vs Malaysia U19 (Scorecard) ; India U19 vs Pakistan U19 (Scorecard) ; Bangladesh U19 vs Sri Lanka U19 (Scorecard) ; Pakistan U19 vs Nepal U19 (Scorecard)

17th December 2024: Malaysia U19 vs Bangladesh U19 (Scorecard) ; Nepal U19 vs India U19 (Scorecard)

18th December 2024: 5th/6th Play-off (Scorecard)

19th – 20th December 2024: A1 vs B1 (Scorecard) ; A2 vs B2 (Scorecard) ; B2 vs A1 (Scorecard) ; B1 vs A2 (Scorecard)

22nd December 2024: FINAL (Scorecard)
