Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) have announced that Nepal U-19 will come on tour to play a 3-match Youth ODI series against Bangladesh U-19 in October/November 2017.
The tour begins from Oct 30th and will conclude on Nov 6th, before both the teams depart for Malaysia to take part in the ACC U-19 Asia Cup from Nov 9th – 20th. The tour will be vital to both the teams preparations as the management will need to sort out the batting issues which has hampered both the teams in the recent past against Afghanistan U-19’s.
All 3 matches will be played at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan (BKSP) ground on November 2nd, 4th & 5th.
Some of the Bangladesh U-19 squad members are flying to Hong Kong to play in the 2017 Hong Kong Sixes as part of their preparations for the upcoming Nepal series, ACC U-19 Asia Cup and 2018 ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup. Nepal U-19 players too will get much required match practice against a stronger opponent before the Asia Cup begins.
Nepal U19 to arrive in Dhaka on October 30, to play three one-dayers v @BCBtigers U19s on Nov 2, 4 & 5 in BKSP.
