Bhutan Cricket Council Board (BCCB) will be hosting the Men’s National team of Bahrain for a five (5)-match T20 International series (with ICC team ranking points) from December 08th – 14th, 2025 at the Gelephu International cricket ground. Bahrain Men’s National Cricket Team concluded their November 2025 tours of Southeast Asia before travelling to Bhutan, which featured a bilateral T20I series against Indonesia and participation in the Mini SEA Games Men’s T20I in Malaysia. Overall, the tour was a mixed but predominantly successful outing, underscoring Bahrain’s established strength against developing nations while highlighting areas for improvement against tougher regional competition.
This series will be the maiden bi-lateral series arrangement made between the two (2) cricket boards. The teams have met just once in T20Is, which took place in Doha, Qatar, during the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Asia sub-regional qualifier in November 2024.
