Australian Sports Gear company, Spartan, has reportedly signed a 2 year deal with Nepal’s national player, Gyanendra Malla.
Malla will exclusively promote Spartan products and will receive cricket gear and kits from the company.
The financial details for the deal were not disclosed by either parties.
“My three-year contract with SS recently came to close and Spartan approached me. Spartan is a big company and it sells quality products. Even a single Spartan bat is very expensive for us. To have such a big company as kit sponsors is great,” Malla said.
Spartan Chairman Kunal Sharma said his company is excited to have Malla on board.
“We are very excited to welcome Gyanendra Malla to the Spartan family. He has had a wonderful career representing Nepal over a number of years. His role as vice-captain of the current Nepalese team has been crucial and as a Spartan we are looking forward to his ongoing success,”
