Gibraltar Cricket Association have announced the 14-member squad that will be taking part in the ICC World T20 Europe Qualifiers in Netherlands in Aug/Sep 2018.
Matthew Hunter, appointed as the Captain, has been part of Gibraltar set-up from an early age and has represented the country in World Cricket League Division 8 in Kuwait in 2010 and European Championship Division 1 Twenty20 competition in 2013.
Head coach for Gibraltar National squad was also announced earlier, as Staffordshire based Denstone College’s Director of Cricket Performance, Simon Guy was appointed to the role for the upcoming qualifiers.

Gibraltar are placed in Group C along with Czech Republic, Guernsey, Israel, Norway and Sweden and will be competing to claim one of the two qualification spots available from the group into the European regional finals in 2019.
