Huge disadvantage for Afghanistan if they qualify along with Zimbabwe and Scotland

Afghanistan have been startled, shaken and rattled so far with disappointing results from their first two group matches and now are left with two remaining matches to try and qualify for Super Sixes stage in ICC World Cup Qualifiers in Zimbabwe.

With each team carrying forward the points scored against the other two from their group stage encounters, Afghanistan face a massive challenge even if they qualify for Super Sixes, in the case of both Zimbabwe and Scotland qualifying along with them.

Having lost to both these countries in the first two games, Afghanistan will have to start from scratch in terms of points in the Super Sixes stage and the pressure will get immense from there.

Nothing less than winning all five matches from here (2 Group matches and if they qualify, 3 Super Sixes matches) to have a chance (hope most likely) to make it to the finals.
