Ireland U19 Women squad announced for T20 World Cup

Cricket Ireland (CI) have announced their fifteen (15) member U19 Women’s squad for the upcoming inaugural edition of ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup in January 2023 in South Africa. Amy Hunter, who has already made her senior team debut for Ireland, will be leading the squad in the competition, which will see them compete against U19 Women teams from Indonesia, New Zealand and West Indies during the group stage.

The squad will have a preparation camp at the University of Pretoria, where they will play against UAE U19 Women and Zimbabwe U19 Women in practice games, before playing their official warm-up fixtures against Pakistan U19 Women and Rwanda U19 Women on 09th and 11th January 2023.
