Squads announced for 2018 ICC Women’s World T20 in the Caribbean

It’ll be one of the most watched and discussed at length tournament for Women’s cricket for a long time. Not to make any forecasts here but the numbers will not lie at the end of the 2018 ICC Women’s World T20 tournament in the Caribbean Islands from Nov 09th – 24th, 2018.

For the first time in Women’s World T20 history, the tournament is being held as a stand-alone event unlike previous editions of the tournaments, which were held simultaneously alongside the men’s event.

West Indies enter the tournament as both host’s and the defending champions from the 2016 edition held in India. While the other 7 countries qualified directly for the tournament, Ireland and Bangladesh booked their spots from the World T20 qualifiers, held in Jul 2018 in Netherlands in a 8-nation tournament.

All the squads for the 10 participating countries have been announced by ICC.
