Tajikistan Cricket Federation (TCF) have launched the Tajikistan Premier League T10 tournament, to be played from Jul 19th – 29th, 2020. The tournament will feature six teams named Dushanbe Kings, Wahdat Supergiant, Norak Warriors, Khujand Challenger, Kulob Knightriders and Khalton Royals. The tournament is being organized in partnership with Sai Businessmen Services, UAE.

All the teams will play each other in a double round-robin group stage format, followed by the knock-out stages among the top 4 teams at the end of the group stage. All matches will be played at Vahdat Ground in Dushanbe and is being sponsored by BetBarter, who have been the official sponsor for Vanuatu T20 and Zambia T10 tournaments in 2020 post the resumption of cricket activities due to COVID-19 pandemic lock-downs across the globe. Tajikistan Cricket Federation hope the start of the tournament will build awareness about the sport in the local communities and brings more participation in the grass-roots/domestic level as the board submitted its application for ICC Associate membership in Nov 2019 after fulfilling the application criteria.
