Afghanistan’s U-19 rising star and U-19 Asia Cup Man of the tournament, Mujeeb Zadran has been roped in as Rashid Khan’s replacement in the Comilla Victorians franchise in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL T20).
Afghanistan players in the current Comilla Victorians, Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi will be joining the Afghanistan national squad for their upcoming ICC Intercontinental Cup match against UAE and 3-match ODI series against Ireland.
Mujeeb Zadran’s performance with the ball was instrumental in Afghanistan’s triumph in the recently concluded ACC U-19 Asia Cup, where he picked up 20 wickets from 5 matches with an economy of less than 3 runs per over.
