In a major move towards development of Women’s cricket in USA, the National squad will be travelling to Australia on a developmental tour in Apr 2018.

During the tour, the team will get to use the facilities at National Cricket Centre in Brisbane and also play T20/50-overs matches against Queensland and New South Wales when they travel to Sydney for the remainder of the tour.

The tour will be vital for USA Women’s squad towards qualification for the ICC World Twenty20, 2020 in Australia. Head coach Anand Tummala recently spent few weeks in Australia as part of a coaching program and knows that the players will benefit hugely from an opportunity like this.
