Canada on top as UAE & Nepal slip on day 2 of WCL Division 2

Canada continued their brilliant start to their Division 2 campaign as they notched up their 2nd consecutive victory in the tournament by defeating UAE in a close thriller of a contest. Nepal too slipped on day 2 after their nerve-wrecking victory over host’s Namibia on the opening day as they went down without much fight against a resurgent Oman, who opened their account in the points table.

Canada take a comfortable lead of 2 points over UAE, Nepal & Oman while the other match-up of the day, Namibia vs Kenya, could not be played due to rain and now will be replayed on the reserve day on 10th Feb 2018.
