In the midst of the ongoing warm-up matches in the ICC World Cup Qualifiers, another piece of action will be taking place in London shortly as the player draft for Caribbean Premier League (CPL) takes place on 01st Mar 2018.
With players from Hong Kong, Oman, Nepal, USA, Canada, Kenya and from the new Test entrants, Afghanistan and Ireland slated to be part of the draft, it would be a spectacle as a total of 348 players including 227 overseas players from 18 countries have registered their names in the players draft.

Hong Kong will be represented by Babar Hayat, Anshuman Rath & Nizakat Khan while Sandeep Lamichhane is in the list from Nepal. Scotland & HKT20 Blitz franchisee, City Kaitak’s own Kyle Coetzer is also in the draft list.
