Cricket Colombia are set to host Men’s national squads from Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica and a representative side from Sri Lanka in a 5-nation Copa La America T20 tournament in Bogota from September 24th – 26th, 2021.
Colombia last hosted an International event back in 2018, when the 15th and 10th edition of Men’s and Women’s South American Championships were held in the country. Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico took part in the 8-nation Men’s competition, which Mexico won after winning the Final against Uruguay.
The tournament is being sponsored by “The Cricket Store”, a sporting goods store based in Colombo. The schedule for the tournament will be announced shortly by Cricket Colombia.
