Cricket Romania will be hosting the Men’s National teams of Gibraltar, Hungary and Bulgaria for the Continental Cup T20I tournament from May 24th – 26th, 2024 at Moara Vlasiei Cricket Ground in Ilfov County, Bucharest. All the teams will be playing against each other in a single round-robin group stage format, followed by the Final between the top two (2) teams in the points table, and the 3rd/4th position Play-off.
Men’s teams of Hungary and Romania will be travelling to Italy in June 2024 to take part in the Europe sub-regional Qualifier A, which is the qualification pathway event towards 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. Continental Cup tournament will provide competitive game-time for all the participating teams ahead of the crucial European pathway competitions set in 2024 in Italy, Germany and Guernsey.
