Global players/professionals from West Indies, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Nepal and others will be taking part in the LA Open T20 tournament (officially sanctioned by USA Cricket), that will be played during the Independence Day weekend (July 01st to 05th) at the Woodley Park Cricket Fields in Los Angeles, California.
Teams will be playing for a total prize money of US$75,000, with all matches to be live broadcast on Willow TV. 20 Teams will take part in the competition, with four groups of 5 teams each. The tournament is being sponsored by Reliance Insurance Services, Play Store and Cricket Mega Mart.
The tournament will see the participation of teams and players, who will be in action from 31st July 2021 in USA Cricket’s inaugural edition of Minor League Cricket (MiLC). Many of the players were also part of the recently concluded Houston Open T20 / MAQ T10 tournaments and also during 2020 US Open T20 tournament.
