Cricket Hong Kong have announced the 15-member squad for the upcoming Women’s ASEAN T20 Cup tournament to be held in Thailand in Mar 2018.
Hong Kong will be competing against Women’s teams from Bhutan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia & Tanzania for the trophy. After a disappointing 4th place finish in the WorldT20 Asian region qualifiers in Thailand in Nov 2017, fresh faces have been selected in the squad along with the core senior members from the qualifiers.
All teams will play each other once in the round-robin format followed by the final between the top 2 teams at the end of the group phase.
