As per the agreement between Cricket Hong Kong and Cricket PNG (Papua New Guinea) for bi-lateral arrangements, Hong Kong will be touring PNG from 01st – 12th, Oct 2018 to play a T20 Tri-series and 50-overs series.

The T20 Tri-series will be featuring PNG, Hong Kong and PNG Academy XI sides, in a double round-robin format, before the top 2 sides meet in the final of the tournament.

Hong Kong will then play a 3-match series in 50-overs format against PNG. The tour will provide much needed exposure to young and emerging players in Hong Kong cricket system, which has recently ended their campaign in ACC Asia Cup on a high after a commendable display against India and also squaring up against Pakistan in two ODI status games.

PNG toured Hong Kong in 2017 as part of the bi-lateral arrangement and this year, it’s Hong Kong’s turn for the return tour.
