The ICC WCL Division 2 tournament will be held from Feb 08th – 15th at Windhoek in Namibia. Six (6) teams comprising of UAE, Kenya, Nepal, Namibia, Oman & Canada will take part in the event with 2 qualification spots available for ICC World Cup Qualifiers, a month later.
All teams will play each other once in a round-robin phase and the top 2 teams in the points table will play the final for the trophy and take the 2 qualifying spots. However, the timing of the tournament rules out participation of UAE and Nepal players for HKT20 Blitz, if any were in line to be selected by the franchises.
