The men’s squad from Kaduna State in Nigeria will travel to Uganda to play against a select XI in a seven (7) match bi-lateral series until 26th May 2022. This will be the third (3rd) tour taken by Kaduna State team to Uganda in last couple of seasons and the squad also features Nigeria men’s national squad players.
The tour will be beneficial for Uganda select squad players, who themselves are getting ready to host the 2nd round of CWC Challenge League event (List-A) in June 2022. The national squad was seen recently in action during their tour of Namibia in April 2022.
The tour is being sponsored by the Government of Kaduna State (Nigeria) as part of it’s Sports development program. The schedule will comprise of three (3) matches in 50-overs format and four (4) matches in the T20 format.
