After making critical announcements in terms of player signings for the 2021 edition of Everest Premier League (EPL T20) in the form of Dipendra Singh Airee and Sandeep Lamichhane, the Kathmandu Kings XI franchise owned by Ramesh Group has signed up former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi as their overseas ICON player.
Kathmandu Kings XI have previously signed Parvez Maharoof from Sri Lanka in the inaugural edition and signed Kevin O’Brien from Ireland for the previous edition held in 2019. However, the Franchise are yet to lift the coveted Title and will be hoping for the same in 2021 with International stars and talent in their line-up.
