Nepal’s men’s National squad captain Paras Khadka became the first-ever T20I centurion from the country when he made the feat during chasing a target set by Singapore in the T20I Tri-series being played in Singapore, also involving Zimbabwe.
In doing so, Khadka created few records for himself by achieving the feat. Firstly, he became the first ever National captain of any country to score a T20I century while chasing in a T20I match. Secondly, he became the first-ever T20I centurion for his country and joined a unique list of players, who have the achievement of being their respective country’s first-ever T20I centurion in Men’s T20I matches.
